Delete your account

1. 1Open Torqa and go to your Profile.
2. 2Open Settings.
3. 3Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
4. 4Confirm — deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

Email us from the address associated with your Torqa account and we'll delete it for you. We may reply to verify it's really you before deleting.

• Email [email protected] with the subject “Account deletion request”, or use our contact form (topic: Account & Data).
• Requests are actioned within 30 days — usually much sooner.

• Your profile, sign-in identity, and account details.
• All imported activities, ride streams, and computed metrics — power bests, training load, zones, medals, and leaderboard results.
• Photos, Stories, comments, reactions, and other content you created.
• Your connections to Strava, Wahoo, or other linked platforms (your original data on those platforms is untouched and remains yours there).

• Deletion takes effect immediately across our databases, file storage, and authentication provider.
• Limited records may persist briefly in encrypted backups and service-provider logs before rotating out, typically within 30 days.
• Anonymous, aggregated statistics that can't identify you may be retained.
