Your gear, tracked. Your cards, per sport.
New
- Equipment register. Your bikes, shoes and the parts on them, each accruing distance, hours and age from your rides. Tell the coach you replaced a chain and it records what the old one finished on, which is how Torqa learns how long parts last for you rather than quoting a generic number at you. Import your garage from Strava in one tap, or start from nothing: logging a part with no bike registered works fine. Lives at Profile > Equipment.
- Per-sport activity cards. Choose which stats appear on your activity cards, separately for each sport. A run card no longer has to show whatever a ride card shows. Settings > Activity Cards.
- Venue-aware rides. Indoor, virtual, outdoor and manually entered rides are now told apart properly. A virtual ride keeps its route and course name, a manual entry gets an honest bare card, and only a genuinely stationary ride gets the indoor comparison treatment.
- Gauntlets split by sport. Cycling and running gauntlets are separate now, so your run efforts stop competing against rides.
- Leaderboard empty state. A leaderboard with nobody on it yet shows you what it will look like, and how to create or join one.
Improved
- Training plans hold their shape. Individual sessions can be moved, retyped or re-targeted without disturbing the rest of the plan, and a matched session rescores immediately so the verdict follows the target. Sessions prescribed in watts are scored on your actual ride power rather than heart-rate zones. Targets that sit above your sustainable power now get flagged when the plan is saved instead of quietly setting you up to fail.
- The coach repairs its own ledger. If a session shows as missed but you did it, the coach can now find it by date and fix it, including undoing a skip. It no longer asks you for a session number you have no way of knowing.
- The coach is faster and cheaper to run. It now reasons before it answers instead of thinking out loud at you, and only carries the tools and knowledge relevant to your sports and setup.
- Friends and Map open from the Dashboard. A discovery grid on the dashboard, so getting to them no longer means a detour through another tab.
- Leaderboard takeovers notify every time. The back-and-forth is the point, so a reclaim always tells the person who lost the top spot.
Fixed
- Elevation charts on shared ride summaries no longer start at sea level with a cliff at the beginning. Head units log altitude as zero while the altimeter warms up, and those samples were being charted.
- The importing-history banners now appear only for an actual history import. They were also firing whenever any recent ride was still fetching its detail data, which made routine background work look like your data had not arrived.
- Equipment imported from Strava no longer double counts the lifetime odometer.
- Gauntlet navigation survives switching sport instead of dropping you out.
- Private rides are excluded from ride-matching candidates.
- Heart-rate zone totals report seconds rather than sample counts.
